am I understanding it correctly that you are just looking to get a loan (heloc or otherwise) for 32k with the lowest interest rate, and the fact that it’s being used for solar is not that relevant to this discussion? or do you want us to talk to you about pros and cons of solar panel ownership?

。 我觉得值得因为两辆电车，然后heat pump知冷知热，热水器和烘干都用电，我们家是用电大户，而且弯曲的PGE非常恐怖
