Parking ticket 不是不连接到人么
Rahul Reddy当初从印度拿H4进美国靠老婆拿绿卡的, 但这人特别恶心, 总喜欢叫印度老乡把东西收拾收拾滚回印度去

parking ticket是civil matter, 不会报给联邦政府, 但有可能变成collection报给信用局
traffic ticket如果是reckless driving属于criminal charge会被逮捕上法院, 那吊销签证身分就很正常

Most of visa revocation we seen are only for DUI and crimes. But right now, we have received email notifications for the parking ticket violations, traffic ticket violations, we have people who forgot to paid the money, forgot to pay the speeding ticket. They have received … revocation
听上去像是口头先说parking然后更正成"traffic" violation。我有点好奇这是追真parking ticket还是driving 95 in a 65 zone让律师打成non-moving的“parking ticket”。

这不说了吗，是没有付钱的ticket，有些地方逾期没付钱就算轻罪了，数据共享给联邦就可以被拉清单，逾期了就算付清了也会有这个记录
这个revoke visa很久以前就是，不过就是不OOS因为不会动SEVIS，现在就是会动SEVIS，嗨，钻老师还是少喝点

吃了parking ticket还不交钱，性质太恶劣了，就应该应terminate sevis尽terminate

大家，根据我们律所本周的案件情况，联邦政府应该在针对F-1签证持有人进行大规模的background check， 一旦查到有criminal record, 哪怕是sealed/dismissed/超出5年范围的record， 都有直接被terminate F1的风险。terminate方式不是通过出入境海关，而是直接通知学校terminate SEVIS。

This is a new thing and started about 10 days ago. This has not happened before and we are still processing what it means.
This happened to my brother today, he was about to complete his phd in next two weeks and got a message saying sevis terminated due to individual identified in criminal record check. His DUI was dismissed after a probation.
Been calling immigration lawyers and was not able to get appointments in the next couple of days.
