Charge card真无限额度
这个应该不是直接要求授信$28M，而可能是amex内部货币转换弄反了。要算AA给了一笔外币退款，估计是南非币/墨西哥比索之类的，重新charge 1.6M外币给AA、对应入账$100k。结果操作的人fat finger了，内部汇率转换方向弄反，导致charge了1.6M*汇率倒数=$28M。
各种100倍200倍很像汇率的平方。我觉得遇到这种问题就让随机游走停在一个水上的位置就行了，只要在水下就去argue，随机犯错多次总有一次是误差在水上的，薅一笔误差就够。
