P1,P2,P3不同州全都脆拒，切换成手机流量再次申请+打电话reconsider都fail了，客服表示不知道原因只说decision是final。 甚至chex都没有pull， CIT到底用的什么决定applicants是worthy的。

秒拒也有好处，应该没pull你的chex，没有损失。
确实没pull， P4刚刚表示当时申请显示in review，不过昨天还是收到rejection email
那大约，有可能，也许是地址的问题

这个offer好像老用户也可以做，只是要求new money in
