被USBANK 薅大羊毛了，大家引以为戒

去年12月在USbank Travel Center 定了$1500的租车和酒店，以为能获得5X的积分。结果我还是天真了，只有1X。客服很熟练的copy and paste 回复模板，看来是惯犯了。只有 3X 的mobile tap 是比较稳妥的。

这个算消费欺诈吧？

客服和邮寄的信里的回复一模一样：
“Transactions will earn rewards based on how the merchants categorize their businesses. Even though a merchant or the items that it sells may appear to fit within a purchase category, the merchant may not use the merchant code that will fall within that category. Transactions completed with third party booking or tour operators do not qualify for the bonus points.”

我有5.25的123，里外里得100多了。

看来以后去新地方刷卡都要先刷一小笔，确定对方的category code。

感觉是US Bank没有正确implement这个Travel Center prepaid car rental / hotel 5x。这个只要能escalate到上级应该能systemwide都补上。

第三方不谈，如果是直接官网定的类别错了也就算了，自己的travel center没有任何道理甩锅给商家吧…感觉不能接受这个解释

我觉得，楼主可以再打个电话争取下，我记得我也有过类似经历，不过当时用了大量积分，只用了很少的一部分金额用了信用卡，好像也只给了1x，当时金额太小没注意
