正好搬砖版有人指路华人网就看了一眼,San Jose的沃尔玛、Home Depot已经被扫了。
大家上街注意带好Real ID。我估计严查绿卡签证的法律不会执行,但是Real ID都没的话很危险。
尤其是边境100公里以内的地方的。

从来没有过Real ID,也不准备有。

法律上说是这样,实际上取决于到底CBP是来找茬的还是抓无证的。
如果过几天形式明朗了是来找茬的,那需要带上。
如果确实是来抓无证的,那么RealID已经可以说明不是无证的了。
所以还要看情况。

另外CBP在边境100miles以外执法权极大受限。
住在100英里以外的人注意安全别惹上事即可,去边境州的时候带上移民文件。

公民不受限制,但是对联邦探员伪称公民是重罪。

可以证明自己的合法移民身份,也不怕丢。
