AS换JL是出了名的难换。 我上个月好不容易用AS抢到了1月中的JL 60 KIX-LAX。今天在AS的网站上改签，想加一程LAX-SEA。改的时候一切正常，改完发现reservation code在网站上打不开了。
又过了5分钟，seats aero给我发alert，又找到票了。查一下AS，JL60真的又有2个座位了。这TM显然是我的票被放出来了啊！CNMDWBGZAS！
我发短信找AS客服，AS客服说的这是人话吗？

FYI, I just made another reservation <NEW> to ensure my trip. I can see that <OLD> is now showing as LAX-SEA, but KIX is missing. If you can promise that <OLD> will be ticketed properly, should I cancel <NEW> ? I only need one reservation to travel, but I want to ensure the ticket is properly reserved.
我只能谢谢他大爷了。It is against policy to create duplicate bookings. I think you should cancel one of the tickets. I would keep <NEW> since it is ticketed and refund the other reservation.
复盘一下，我可能错就错在改票的时候选了第一项Change this trip，然后直接搜的KIX-SEA，再选的KIX-LAX-SEA。当时正常搜是搜不到这张票的。
如果我选第二项Cancel this trip and use the value toward a new trip，然后选multi-city再手动选KIX-LAX和LAX-SEA两个航班，是否结果会不一样？我不知道。也许我一开始就错了，就不应该在网上改，应该直接打电话找客服
$25 partner booking fee打水漂就打水漂了吧，能保住票就好。结果取消的里程到现在还没退回来。过两天还得再打客服。CNM，退钱！
