亚马逊现在是真的不行了，包裹天天有问题。17号快递到了，亚马逊给了我一个六位数的取货码，让我把这个码给快递员然后能包裹。拿到了包裹一看，外包装就已经是开的，然后里面的airpods的盒子也是开的，东西都没了。
然后我就问司机是怎么回事，他说他也不清楚，还说可能是仓库里的人动了手脚，他也帮不了我，拒收也不让。然后我让司机写了张条子证明他看到我拿的包裹是开着的
然后我给亚马逊打电话，说让我先报警。今天拿到police report然后刚给客服。这客服上来就给我说

真给我气笑了 
这摆明的是他们内部的人偷的还跟我说stolen by a third party。给他们回了邮件，包括了police report啊还有别的照片什么的包括司机的证词，还cc了jeff。这黑五优惠也没了，我还用了很多别的-10 -15的优惠，就算dispute我也亏大几十。难道真的只能自认倒霉吗
