已经向信用卡dispute了 ,希望会有用
你碰到的情况不是个例,因为湾区就是这样的,很多诊所和医院随意乱收费,appointment不提前取消要收费,appointment取消了他们也可能会"犯错“继续收费,碰上一次踩雷的情况要花无数时间打电话才能解决billing 问题 。
没有CFPB这样的金融类投诉机构,BBB基本没有用,不嫌麻烦可以起诉医疗机构。

跟医疗机构我感觉dispute成功率不高,都是大额,银行不一定站你这边。就算Dispute成功了后面还有collections,因为他们有你的个人信息。只能花时间给他们不断打电话耗着。起诉应该是最管用的,但一般人玩不来,成本太高。

是上班的公司买的医保吗?问下你们HR有没负责医保这块懂得怎么跟保险公司扯皮的。我以前一个烙印同事为了几千刀跟保险公司和医院来来回回好几个回合,最后HR负责医保的那个大兄弟出面,三方沟通给搞定了。
