EB1-A I140去年9月底file的 已等快14个月
要不要现在file PP 怕拖到1月20之后
NSC？这么久？？是不是可以发邮件直接催了…

刚查了一下，NSC现在80%的case需要12.5个月，原来以为这个时间只是半年左右的
TSC这个时间已经是14个月了，哈人
EB1A EB2 140时间有区别吗
我问了律师 他说：
I hear you. The election outcome is obviously concerning, but it would be impossible to predict how the outcome would impact these petitions. If its any peace of mind though, I’ve worked in immigration law through 3 administrations and while certainly things have changed over the past 12 years, I have not seen any immediate delays or changes that correspond with administration changes.

其他写的和楼上基本一样 安慰作用 要过house，senate，然后各种lawsuit会拖延实际生效时间
