Wells Fargo 联名卡无法使用 My Wells Fargo Deals

还好只是几毛钱的cash back发现了这事情，没大亏。不过我在想，除了Wells Fargo以外，别的银行也有类似问题么？比如BoA BankAmeriDeals在Alaska联名卡上能触发吗？Alaksa联名卡算Travel Card吗？
