维珍上海线:后续邮件来了

刚刚收到VS的邮件了,应该是正式确认,给了refund, reroute 和签转的选择:

Following the initial email that we sent to you on 17 July, we are writing to you regarding your flight between Shanghai and London Heathrow, which was cancelled in our system on 20 July. We are reaching out to clarify the various options that are available to you.

[Rebook or Reroute (direct bookings with Virgin Atlantic)]

We have arranged agreements with several other airlines to help accommodate your travel needs. If you would like to be rebooked onto an alternative flight on another carrier. please click [here] for ways to contact us, and our team will assist you.

Alternatively, if you would like to reroute to an alternative Virgin Atlantic destination, please click [here]. No change fees will apply, however, any difference in fare will be charged.

[Rebook or Reroute (Travel Agent or Tour Operator bookings)]

If you booked your flight with a Travel Agent or Tour Operator, please contact them to rebook, or reroute to another destination. We are unable to process changes on bookings made through a third-party company.

Your Travel Agent or Tour Operator will have access to the same rebooking options as our customer centre.

[Request a Refund (direct bookings with Virgin Atlantic)]

To request a full refund, please click [here]. Once requested, you will receive a confirmation email from us within the next 7 working days. Depending on your payment method and card issuer, the funds should be returned within 3-5 working days, although some providers may take up to 14 working days.

[Request a Refund (bookings via a Travel Agent or Tour Operator)]

Please contact your travel provider directly to discuss your refund options. Unfortunately, we are unable to process changes for bookings made through a third-party company.
