UA和AC的IT联系这么拉胯吗 lol

我从加航买了DEN-YVR-YYC的机票，第一段是UA执飞的共享代码航班。
我想在加航网站上选座，结果选座按钮是灰的，然后提示：
Your United Airlines confirmation number is XXXX . To view your booking on United Airlines please click on this link to select your seats and other optional services.

点了UA网站的link 后，UA那段的座位倒是可以选，结果加航选不了，UA说：
This flight is operated by a partner airline. You will be redirected to the seat map on Aircanada.com to make changes to your seat assignment(s).

点了UA给的加航链接后，又返回到了之前加航的灰色按钮页面，还是选不了座，进入死循环

UA网站选UA的航段，AC网站选AC的航段，有什么问题吗？

去r/aircanada可以看到各种稀奇古怪涉及UA的bug，不知道这两家有什么仇。比如飞机很空提前24小时checkin，照样进入standby（实际上并不是，只是bug导致无法选座），然后list只有你一个人。
