是不是用这个网页来向AA申请的

通过这个，AA127的航班延误证明信，AA花了差不多一周回复我的，也许可以再等等。
有没有收到一个confirmation email,
"Thank you for your request for verification of delay for trip insurance purposes. We will reply again with the requested information shortly.
Your Reference number to this request: xxxxxxxx"
