第一次搞ec261，还请潭友指点一下。

lx188 zrh-pvg航班取消，瑞航给改签成了东航的航班，晚了10个小时才到pvg，联系瑞航，说是"due to strong headwind"

The said weather situation, were not compatible with the scheduled and safe operation of the flight. Unfavorable weather conditions are beyond the influence of an airline. Therefore, I must deny your claim for compensation in application of regulation EC261/2004.

这是不是就没戏了？

是LX188 due to strong headwind取消还是MU due to strong headwind delay？

我原本是lx188，然后它取消 了due to strong headwind. 瑞航给我改签成了东航的航班

Lx非常难搞。主要是欺负人必须在swiss告他。
你不在瑞士他就不接。
其他欧盟国家甚至uk在别的地方很容易告。
