3月份酒店升cat之前(4 → 5),在twitter联系客服用advance points booking定了个酒店。当时预订价格是54K points。今天临近ci日期,发现被charge了69K分。在app上chat 客服,回复说
if the point value changed prior to the arrival date than the new points required is what will be applied. You would have needed the full points needed for the original booking to lock in the rate.
这是客服在跑火车还是真的 能不能argue的啊
