今天在 SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone目睹了酒店员工忘记load库存导致大量老白夫妇被拒绝入住送去非连锁的XX Inn hotel的盛况，又正好看到了被hyatt放鸽子要多少分合适 ，遂整理一下各大酒店集团的会员在 Reservation Guarantees方面的权益，方便泥潭群众遇到类似情况时不会吃了哑巴亏。

希尔顿家没有任何明确的Guarantee条款/Relocation Policy，但经过检索可以发现Hilton集团和各家酒店的Agreement中有写到：
Any Guest with a confirmed reservation cannot be accommodated by the Hotel, the Hotel will provide the following:
o Accommodation paid by the Hotel at a comparable hotel as close as possible for the each night that the guest is displaced from the Hotel.
o One complimentary round trip ground transportation between the Hotel and the alternate hotel.

IHG的相关条款为 Online Reservation Guarantee，
By securing your online reservation with a credit card, you are eligible for our Reservations Guarantee. If your reservation cannot be honored, the host hotel will provide a room at, and transportation to, another convenient and comparable hotel, and pay for telephone calls to notify family of the lodging change. The host hotel will also pay the full cost of the first night’s lodging rate, plus tax. Any advance deposit will be refunded.

难道真需要prepay吗？
总得来看，在保障住客能住上房这件事情上，Marriott是非常厚道的，今天lz甚至都动了自告奋勇去赚那100刀+90k分的冲动，可惜怕被ld打，还是算了。
