过去几年间长期被stalker骚扰，在网络上散播谣言毁谤，发消息要杀掉我和我男友，甚至跑到工作单位尝试把我堵在办公室。stalker后来被捕判刑，并遣送回国。出于安全考虑，我换了工作，离开了原来的城市。但是stalker回国后也没消停，比如说去了我的母校和老家。最近要投篇文章，纠结要不要写上新的工作单位。感觉很憋屈，犯罪的又不是我，反而作为受害者，不知道要躲躲藏藏到什么时候。关于文章的工作单位要不要写，大家有什么建议吗？

我觉得应该低调点几年，时间会冲淡一切。遇到极端的人硬刚没有意义，除非深仇大恨，他也不必非要牺牲自己的性命去害你吧

我只知道有一个人用student的名义发了几篇很重要的文章

假名/笔名发文章是比较普遍的
但问题是他们怎么能把真人和笔名连起来。在写cv的时候就有点尴尬了。（总不见得生活全部都用笔名的）

首先支持楼主走出来，不要害怕stalker再次出现。就算真的来了，也要善用美国法律的人身限制令。
其次，实在不行要取下下策，投文章用化名，也是可以正常发表的。业内同行都会私下里知道这是你的工作（推荐信里也可以写），在你未来找工作升迁的时候能算自己的credit。但是毕竟发出来的文章作者名字很难改，还是慎重一点为妙。
