我拿枪指着头让他跪在地上给我认错，但是没开枪最后走了没人受伤，这种情况下触犯任何法规条例吗？

之前停在chase atm面前（是firelane我qs不应该停那里）拿手机看地图 有个开皮卡的老黑觉得我挡着他了 长按喇叭大喊move 本来我都准备走了 这一段喇叭反而给我不高兴了 直接摇下窗户做鬼脸 他下车大喊了好几遍move 我回了一句or what 给大哥整无语了
