下单了，一直processing两天了，也没砍单也没收到order comfirm。啥情况

去实体店买$400*9 gc，最开始没说明白是要分9张信用卡，店员折腾了一会叫了supervisor，结果supervisor警觉地问我一共要买多少gc，说她记得一人一年只让买$2k。店员跟我说supervisor去查一下具体limit，让我等一会。
过了一会店员出来跟我说确实是一人一年只让买$2k而且每张卡至多$500，登记了我的姓名和邮箱，问我要不要买$400*5，我答应了，并且问店员过会我有一个朋友过来买$400*4行不行，店员欣然同意。结果在给我打包5张gc时supervisor路过，问店员给我买了多少，店员说$400*5，supervisor很生气，说她只让一共买$500（估计是看我想买的太多于是自己拍脑袋想出的limit）而不是每张$500，但是既然已经买了就这样吧。店员还是问了一句我有一个朋友想再买点，结果supervisor生气地撂下一句No就走了。
教训：应该在一开始店员不会操作时想办法帮忙，不要惊动supervisor 
我附近的店也是实行了一次最多500的政策

Store GC limit, $2k/year/person. Rep will ask you for name, email and phone number. If one of them matches your online purchase, ( similar deal was in April,2025 for $500/$100), she will deny your purchase or tell you you already purchased some GCs back in April, so you cannot buy $2k this time.
Be prepared to provide 2nd set of bio on your 2nd trip. If P2 is with you, I think each person can do $2k.
