我也记得eu 261只要是欧盟航司承运，是不管从哪里到哪里的
这里说的很清楚，你肯定是quality的，法律里没有journey这个概念，我觉得航司都会胡说不想给钱，ba当年也是用这个理由搪塞我的。

这个已经是old DP了，前几年航空公司已经在奥地利法院告赢了。non-EU to non-EU不cover。我几年前还被covered的。

honey, 现在是2024年了。我21年也拿到过。
connection delay一开始是不在EU261范围里的，没记错好像2019年才加，然后有段混乱期，航司组团告来告去然后各国不同法庭都不一致，后来好像是奥地利的最近一次说了这种non-EU to non-EU不cover。
也是non-EU to non-EU吗？
