去吧 够多理由去complain
但是应该是先去Leasing office
告诉他你WFH but the dog is barking nonstop and howling to the point that he can be heard on zoom calls from your office. This can’t continue. Maybe they can do some white noise machine or something for the dog. It sounds like he might have some separation anxiety.
如果没用Leasing office 就是报警animal abuse.
但是不要送纸条和上门有人间接触， could be really dangerous.
