Establish Direct Deposit of at least $100 per month. 3. Must be open and cannot be delinquent (more than 30 days) at time of bonus payment. 另外这个referral program有个cons，就是银行会给你打电话，并且会简单确认refer你的人是谁。我不确定这个电话如果不接会怎样，大家最好眼熟一下链接里的referrer姓名

另外，开户时候可以用credit card充值，如果是用Citi信用卡（经常因为fraud需要verify）需要提前跟Citi bank打招呼吗（说我马上要再银行买一个产品$2000多

这个得看你在citi的历史消费规律了。。。YMMV。我的citi AA开卡奖励就是cc fund做的
我自己的dp：MI居民，一个月之前开的户（当时没有refer）。有soft pull，需要解锁信报（应该是pull transunion）。没有hard pull，chex不敏感。没有秒过，由于不是公民，通过电子邮件填写了一些表格，包括w8。
可以cc fund，我fund了$2000左右，忘了具体数额，反正限额挺高的。不支持Amex。

目前我可以确认当时线上开户时确实是soft pull，但是今天带LD去branch线下开户时，banker说会有hard pull，我以为是banker不懂，但从结果来看确实是hard pull（transunion）！后面的朋友要小心，这家CU已经知道有gamer在刷开卡奖励
