前天Rakuten CVS in store cashback was 7.5% (upto $10), a nice way to offset the activation fee.
The other issue one run into is CVS no longer allow 4X$500 any more. Only 2 per store gets activated. Silly me, trying to do 8X$500 with 2 drivers licenses.

感覺這個不是單單針對VGC，而是結帳系統的bug。Reddit的DP說買一般商品也莫名失敗，paypal只付一部分訂單而非整筆訂單。

Added card to PayPal and showed code to pay and failed 2 times when I tried to get 10$ target card. It was ok last year when I buy 490 vgc by PayPal in-store. Something changed due to it’s only show some gas station when I searched PayPal in-store near me.
