some folks might have silent reflux with similar symptoms to post-nasal drip. chronic rhinitis can be hard to eradicate. if rhinitis is responsible for your symptoms, you need to figure out whether you have allergic rhinitis, nonallergic rhinitis or both. for allergic rhinitis, a combination of nasal sprays and allergy shots/meds might work. for nonallergic rhinitis, you can try atrovent, or one of the more recent surgical interventions like clarifix. also my allergist told me there’s a new device called iTear (originally designed for dry eyes) that’s been prescribed off-label for nonallergic rhinitis.

不要绝望 上biologics
我已经十几年了，我每次感冒后就会变严重，所以就是靠运动健身尽量减少感冒，现在完全不影响生活。
flonase对我有些帮助。洗鼻子是完全副作用，每次用完就加重。我的家庭医生也非常不推荐洗鼻子，他推荐用热水冲印堂，也能快速排出鼻涕。

试试这个一天一两次，我用下来还挺有效的

我小时候觉得擤鼻涕很恶心所以都是把鼻涕吸在嘴里吐出来 
后来就有咽炎和鼻炎了，原来是这样？但是我现在没有鼻炎了，自从用生理盐水洗鼻子以后就没这毛病了。现在可能是你说的这个病的后遗症咽炎。真是绝症，每天嗓子痒的要死，清嗓子都把人吵死。自己都嫌弃自己
