美加澳欧等护照入境阿塞拜疆目前还要申请电子签。阿国此前一直有一项规矩，必须申报之前有没有非法入境纳卡地区，如果有或者被发现有则被终身拉黑。在阿国收复纳卡地区快一年后，阿国取消了这项申报。
Citizens of China can travel to Azerbaijan without a visa.
Please be informed that from July 20, 2024 to July 20, 2025 citizens of the People’s Republic of China are eligible to enter the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan visa free 3 times within 1 year. The period of stay in the country at each entry is up to 30 days. Upon their 4th entry the citizens of the People’s Republic of China will be required to present a valid visa.
对华免签的一年期已经过了大半年了。目前中国还没有对阿国公民免签 (这也是阿政府一直期待的)，所以这个一年免签政策到今年7月以后有可能不再延期。
好奇你觉得为啥中国不给阿塞拜疆面签？难道他们还会黑在中国？
这个我是真不知道，没有内幕消息。
中阿关系我看还挺好的。但是为啥 
能跟中国互免，阿国还不行，我也有些困惑。
