  • Essential Savings

All other account types are not charged a fee.

所以360账户，至少C1是不收wire transfer fee的

我就是360的帐户，去年汇过两笔都被$15每次

$15会被收两次，一次中间行，也就是到手扣$15，一次是收款行，会单独再扣，如果没有第二次扣款的话那就是没有收款行的手续费

这个手续費真的很难懂；Wells Fargo我也用过，他们官网写是$15手续费，但到手一共扣了$15，所以中间行一分钱也没有扣？

可能是有合作，这个得看具体情况了，银行-银行的关系，收款账户等级，不过也没那么复杂，哪个便宜用哪个呗
